1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AxonWP services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this SLA in a given month, you may be eligible for a credit to your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any account found to be violating these terms, including the hosting of malicious software, spamming, or excessive resource abuse.
